Kaye oversees MHSA’s day-to-day-operations, legal and governance issues, and human resources, and develops agency policies. She assists with development and communications and program planning, and ensures compliance with state and federal regulations and internal policies. Kaye formerly worked at the Department of Social Services (now Department of Children and Families) as the Housing Coordinator for the Domestic Violence Unit. While at DSS, she managed contracts and developed programs for state and federally funded domestic violence providers throughout Massachusetts. Prior to working at DSS, Kaye was Assistant General Counsel at the Boston Housing Authority, focusing primarily on contracts and real estate development projects. Kaye is a graduate of the University of Nebraska and Suffolk Law School and is a member of the Massachusetts Bar. She also has a certificate in nonprofit management from Northeastern University.
