Emily supports MHSA’s innovative approaches to permanent supportive housing for chronically homeless individuals while providing analytical insights into program outcomes and organizational procedures. They work to manage MHSA’s Pay for Success program–the first housing-specific social financing project in the United States–as well as the Home and Healthy for Good program. Prior to joining MHSA, Emily worked with non-profit organizations in the housing and education sectors, leveraging interdisciplinary research and analytics to assess program outcomes and strengthen data pipelines. Emily is a graduate of Smith College, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Statistical and Data Sciences, as well as a Certificate in Culture, Health, and Science.
