As part of MHSA’s leasing team, Caitlin manages tenant-related needs for a growing portfolio of over 200 permanent supportive housing units in Metro Boston, acting as the main liaison between tenants, landlords, and service providers to ensure successful tenancies and adherence to leasing policies and legal standards. Before joining MHSA, Caitlin worked in direct care, offering outreach services to individuals experiencing homelessness and connecting them with resources to attain housing stability. She holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Sociology and Psychology from The University of Massachusetts Amherst.
