Bill joined MHSA in 2018 as the Assistant Director of Finance & Administration. Prior to joining MHSA, Bill was employed by the State Street Corporation for over 34 years, with roles that included Operations Manager, Network Project Manager, Implementation Planning Project Manager, and Project Management Consultant/AVP. Bill is also the Treasurer of the Greater Boston Bankers Association (GBBA). Bill earned his Bachelor’s and Master’s in Business Administration degrees from the Suffolk University Sawyer Business School in Boston, MA.
