Renaissance Development LLC is renovating the former Kavanaugh Building located in Springfield, MA. The existing building, located at 443 State Street, has been vacant for fifteen years. Renaissance Development LLC will redevelop the building into a mixed-use project consisting of 35 one/two-bedroom units of affordable housing, 20 of which will offer low-threshold permanent supportive housing.  Renaissance Development LLC has partnered with Mental Health Association (MHA) to offer services to tenants.  These tenants will benefit from MHA’s commitment to provide wrap around services to help participants thrive in their new community.
