Today, The Boston Globe published “South Boston event offers housing, hope to homeless,” an article on a recent housing surge planned in conjunction with City of Boston Mayor Marty Walsh’s goal of ending chronic homelessness by 2018. MHSA staff members were thrilled to participate in the surge, which targeted providing housing and support services for individuals over the age of 50 experiencing chronic homelessness.
