MHSA is excited to welcome Lisa Renee Holderby-Fox, our newest staff addition who will head our Hospital to Housing (H to H) initiative. Lisa Renee has been a member of the community health worker (CHW) workforce in Massachusetts for nearly 25 years. As a national leader in the CHW movement, Lisa Renee focuses on leadership development for CHWs and the development of policies to support the workforce. She is a Region I Master Trainer for the Office on Women’s Health Leadership Institute (WHLI) and has conducted workshops throughout New England. She has also developed and conducted workshops nationally on various topics for CHWs and for others with an interest in community health work. Lisa Renee has served as a content expert for local, statewide and national initiatives. Her clients have included established and emerging CHW associations and networks, community health centers and community-based organizations.
As the new Director of Hospital to Housing, Lisa Renee will serve as an integral part of MHSA’s efforts to better utilize community health workers in making permanent supportive housing a reality. We are thrilled for the many strengths Lisa Renee will bring to our organization.
