Member contributions can be made via mail, online or over the phone. The annual member contribution formula is based on 0.1% (one tenth of one percent) of each member organization’s total homeless individual budget, including state, federal, semi-public, and private funding, but not including in-kind dollars. The minimum annual contribution is $500; the maximum annual contribution is $5,000 – however, whatever you can give would be helpful. We also understand that the formula above may not work well for some agencies, particularly those who are not service providers; again, we welcome your support as you are able to contribute. The inability of an organization to contribute is not an impediment to MHSA membership.
