MHSA Member Agency Pine Street Inn is seeking a Rapid Re-Housing Placement & Stabilization Specialist and a Housing Search Specialist. Pine Street Inn is seeking both Housing Placement and Housing Search Specialists to join its Rapid Re-Housing team. All candidates should have an associate’s degree or higher, plus a clean Massachusetts driver’s license. Prior experience working with homeless and housing-insecure adults to search for and obtain housing, or prior experience working in a property management and/or real estate environment, with the ability to maintain strong relationships with landlords is desired. The Rapid Re-Housing specialists will be working collaboratively with other agencies and shelters in Boston as part of a partnership. These roles are full time, Monday-Friday roles. Candidates should be proficient in Word, Excel, and Outlook. Rapid Re-Housing works on a progressive engagement model, with assertive, short-term goal-setting and planning work with guests to place guests in housing within 60 days of program enrollment. Guests will receive a short period of stabilization support post-placement, with the RRH specialists assisting guests to address their ongoing service needs with community providers.
