The Massachusetts Department of Housing and Community Development (DHCD) is seeking an Emergency Solutions Grant Coordinator.
The Program Coordinator III functions as an Emergency Solutions Grant (ESG) Coordinator/Contract Coordinator responsible for administering all aspects of the ESG program, including planning and procedural development for ESG, Emergency Solutions Grants – Coronavirus Aid, Relief, and Economic Security Act (CARES) Act (ESG-CV), and Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) funding. The ESG Coordinator supports the planning, policy, and operation of DHCD’s partnership with Department of Public Health (DPH) for the State Opioid Response (SOR) Grant. The ESG Coordinator also works closely with the DPH on the distribution of ESG, ESG-CV, and FEMA funding to victim service providers across the Commonwealth. Within the Individual Homelessness and Federal Grants Unit, the ESG Coordinator works closely with the Balance of State Commonwealth Continuum of Care (BoS-CoC) and the Individual Shelter System teams’, and leads the procurement and contracting process for the ESG and ESG-CV programs.
