Spare Change News Highlights Pay for Success Initiative’s First Year Achievements

Today, Spare Change News published “Pay For Success paves the way for over 250 individuals in first year,” an article by Katrina Carbone that highlights the first-in-the-nation Pay for Success (PFS) initiative to reduce chronic individual homelessness. PFS will provide at least 500 units of permanent supportive housing for up to 800 individuals over six years.
