Bay Cove and Vinfen Corporation, two leading Massachusetts human services organizations, seek a Project Manager-Community Care Partners LLC for a new management company that will develop and deliver care coordination services to MassHealth members. The newly formed organization- Community Care Partners LLC (CCP), is the central management company for developing and delivering Behavioral Health (BH) Community Partner services and Long Term Services and Supports (LTSS) Community Partner services. The Community Partners programs are key components of MassHealth’s delivery reform plans. The Project Manager is mission driven, with an entrepreneurial spirit, that supports the development and implementation of program operations. You will do: Employ project management tools and techniques to develop detailed project plans for monitoring and tracking progress Develop workflows and processes, manage cross-functional workgroups, communicate with partner organizations Develop and track overall plans and progress toward goals and respond to regulatory requests for information. Lead/drive work groups - manage agendas, identify and resolve issues, and prepare work products to support new endeavors. The HUD Staff Accountant will be responsible for the following: Process Bay Cove and CASPAR utility bills for payment. Monthly analysis of health care costs. Responsible for the reconciliation of Bay Cove and CASPAR bank accounts. Responsible for voiding of stale dated AP checks and follow-up. Monthly analysis of bank service charges. Responsible for CASH Management of the HUD entities, including managing the escrow accounts. Assist in developing annual operating budgets for HUD projects. Assist in HUD annual audit, completing schedules when necessary. Assist in annual audit of Bay Cove HUD property inventory. Develop, File, and maintain the records necessary to document the activities of the relevant Residential properties, including HUD/MHFA/Financing documents. Ensure proper maintenance of the HUD Project’s financial records in compliance with HUD, municipal, state, and federal agency regulations and agency regulations.
