MHSA Member Agency AIDS Action Committee Seeks Young Adult Stabilization Advocate

MHSA member agency AIDS Action Committee is seeking applicants for a Young Adult Stabilization Advocate. Under the supervision of the Residential Coordinator, the Young Adult Stabilization Advocate is responsible for supporting homeless and formerly homeless young adults transition to independent living and assisting the Residential Coordinator in meeting other program goals. This includes coordinating and delivering services to individuals moving into and living in scattered-site housing programs, as well as affordable housing search. This position is split between two site locations, in addition to appointment accompaniment and home-visits.
