Boston Public Health Commission Seeks Bureau Director

MHSA member agency Boston Public Health Commission is seeking applicants for a Bureau Director. This is a primary leadership position responsible for the Homeless Services Bureau, which includes two adult emergency shelters and a wide range of programs that operate 24/7, 365 days per year.

Responsibilities include the following:

  • Provide leadership and oversight for the design, implementation and oversight of all programmatic, fiscal, information systems, personnel, quality control, and evaluation components.
  • Serve as an active member of BPHC senior leadership team.
  • Work in a confidential capacity with the BPHC Executive Office which includes the Executive Director, Deputy Director, and Medical Director.
  • Ensure that the Bureau’s programs leverage collaborative opportunities within the bureau and with other BPHC programs and the broader homeless service provider network.
